Katy is a model and friend of A.DiGennaro. She does regular modeling and an occasional Necrobabes style photo story. These photos are taken from the story "GIOVANE ALBANESE E' IMPICCATA DAL RACKET DELLA PROSTITUZIONE" (by Antonio Di Gennaro) where she is a hooker who is beaten by her "john" and later executed. Naturally, here, we only used the hanging photos and made the story lighter.
