r. anderson is a writer/poet, photographer/film & multi/mixed
media performance artist who is obsessed with exploring the dark side of
creation, delving deep into the psyche and unearthing the fatal truths
of desire.
her name is Welsh meaning "little dark maiden" but, duana is anything but the innocent. she has been referred to as a "bitch goddess", "horror slut", necrogrrl, and a femme fatalecreepy. although she does not consider herself a genre artist, she has created various abominations under the guises of erotica, horror, vamp fiction, gothic romance, edgy esoterica and real deep shit.
